At the title screen, press L, White, L, White, click Left Analog-stick, press R, Black, R, Black, click Right Analog-stick to unlock all levels.
At the title screen or while playing the game, press Down, Up, Right, Left, click Left Analog-stick, Right Analog-stick to unlock the Phantom Jack and Santa Jack costumes.
Collect all of the figures.
Successfully complete the game to unlock the Dancing Jack costume.
Get an "S" rank on all levels and successfully complete both secret chapters to unlock the Phantom Jack costume.
Successfully complete the game to unlock the PJs Jack costume.
Defeat the spider Boss to unlock the Pumpkin King costume.
Defeat the Doctor to unlock the Santa Jack costume.
Get an "A" rank on all levels to unlock the Thespian Jack costume.
To change costumes, enter Jack's closet in his house.
After losing your lives and the continue screen appears, try to stop the timer at the following times to get the corresponding bonus:
7.77: 500 souls
6.66: Single blinking pumpkin, no souls lost, but no full health
0.01: 500 souls, Crystal Bottles, Blue Souls, and Red Souls refilled (if you have a Gold Pumpkin)
Get an "A" in all ranks in the indicated chapter to unlock the corresponding figure:
